Is Infernum in Terra scary?

Yes, of course it’s a haunted house. Our mission is to scare, thrill, and entertain all of our customers.

Do the actors touch/grab you?

No, we are a no touch haunt. We don’t touch you, you don’t touch us.

Are there clowns inside the haunted house?

It would be silly of us to tell you what to expect inside.

How much are tickets?

VIP tickets are online only are $30 each. General admission is available online starting at $15 and at the gate for $20 each.

If I get too scared can I get a refund?

If you get overly scared, we've done our job. We do not offer refunds.

Is the haunted house wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately at this time we are not wheelchair accessible.

Do you accept debit cards or cash only?

We accept both debit/credit cards and cash.

Where do we park?

We have on street parking only.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes, for groups of 20 or more email us at: Screamationstudios@gmail.com

Are you open when it's raining?

Yes, we have an outdoor covered waiting area.

Can I bring my kids?

We recommend kids age 13 and older, but it’s up to parents/guardian discretion. You know your kid better that we do. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Can we wear masks and/or costumes?

No Halloween masks or costumes are permitted with the exception of Halloween night or trick or treat.

Are we able to purchase tickets on-site or online only?

VIP tickets are online only. General admission is available online and at our box office onsite.

How many people are allowed per group?

We allow up to six people maximum per group. Exceptions may be made for groups with small children.
